You deserve clear answers.
This page tells you what we collect, where it goes, who can see it, how long we keep it, and what we do if there is a security problem.
We collect less
The all-attendees survey does not save your name, email, or account ID with your answers. Leadership answers may include a name. Do not name a child or anyone tied to a complaint.
We store files apart
Written answers go into the site database. Uploaded files are stored in a separate place. Answers are not sent by email or copied into Google Sheets.
We limit access
Taking a survey does not let you see the results. Only approved EDU Global staff can access full responses. The designated initial review group receives only reviewed, de-identified briefing materials.
We delete and respond
We plan to delete answers and uploads 90 days after the final report. We may keep them longer if the law or a written agreement requires it. If someone gets access without permission, we will block access, review what happened, and tell the church contact as soon as we can.
Steps we take now
- The site uses HTTPS to protect data as it moves from your browser to the site.
- All-attendee answers do not include a name, email, or account ID. Leadership and records users must sign in.
- Full results check both the sign-in and the approved EDU Global administrator email list.
- The designated initial review group can access only EDU Global-approved, de-identified briefing materials—not raw responses or exports.
- The database and file storage stay behind the site. Storage passwords are not shown in your browser.
- Downloaded files are cleaned so spreadsheet commands cannot run when a file is opened.
- Uploads have limits for file type, number, and size. Uploaded files do not become public links.
- The site records errors so we can fix them. It does not show storage details or passwords to users.
What we cannot promise
No online system is risk-free. The host may use basic device data to run and protect the site. An attendee answer may reveal who wrote it if it includes a name or a very specific story. We may need to save or report information about danger, possible abuse, or a legal order.
Your choices
Before you send: You may skip optional questions. Leave out private details that are not needed. Use 911 or the proper reporting service for urgent concerns.
After you send: Contact Dr. Lynette Nickleberry Stewart to ask for a change or deletion. We may have to keep some records because of the law or a safety duty.
